Sara Olsher (aka Stinkerpants Designs) is an illustrator based in the Bay area who creates custom drawings for wedding invitations, greeting cards and more. We collaborated with Sara to redesign her entire site, starting at the ground up. The design features her illustration work prominently in the header and footer, conveying a fun, cartoon-y style that's different from the traditional wedding site. On the project architecture side of things, we moved the site from WordPress to ExpressionEngine (of course), integrating her blog, store, press releases and content pages all under one roof. This was also our first client project using ExpressionEngine 2.0!

Lake Isle Press is a small publishing company based in Manhattan that is known for publishing finely crafted cookbooks. Their old site was based on Flash and was difficult to navigate as well as being a nightmare to update. They called us in for a redesign, and we started at the ground up to add several new features, all the while refreshing the design and building the site on a standards-compliant XHTML and CSS platform. We paid particularly close attention to the typography within the design—we wanted it to reflect the craftsmanship inherent in their cookbooks. Once the design was complete, we integrated it with ExpressionEngine to facilitate easy updating of the authors, books, recipes, blog and press releases.
IBCEE is a coalition of CEOs/Presidents from businesses of all sizes throughout Idaho who are concerned about better education and its contribution to Idaho's economic strength and vitality. IBCEE's outdated Web site was not reflective of its vibrant, forward thinking mentality, so they called us in for an overhaul. By updating the design with thoughtfully chosen textures, a modern layout and improved typography, we created a visually appealing Web site that effectively communicates IBCEE's professionalism.
